If you have the desire for a great retail space in your gym, then I can work with you to develop accounts with vendors, offer guidance on product selection for initial orders, and help you setup the physical retail area and the products in your point of sale system.
sales & service training
Already have a retail space but need help training your staff on the best ways to interact with customers? I can work with your staff so that they can provide the best service for your retail selection. One to two hour sessions per category, such as: climbing shoes, harnesses, climbing hardware, etc., can be set up virtually or in person.
Proprietary Web App
My proprietary software can be used by any gym to help keep track of orders and inventory. Have I paid that invoice? Is this item on backorder? All of your retail questions are just a click away with the use of the Keystone Climbing Web App, which organizes all of your orders, invoices, credit memos, and everything else that is related to retail.
ongoing order and inventory managment
Want to keep your retail shop stocked but don’t have the time to keep up with orders? With a collaborative effort, I can monitor your inventory levels and keep your retail shop stocked at an appropriate level. This service is offered on a yearly contractual basis. You will have access the the Keystone Climbing Web App and I am available to help with any day-to-day questions. In addition, I will come twice a year for Sales & Service Training and to help spruce up the look of your shop with how products are merchandised.
With this service, I will aid in providing donations for up to 2 events per year with swag from vendors, provide monthly reports to show the health of retail at your gym, and handle customer service requests; including special orders and product warranty issues. My goal is to make the retail process as easy as possible for you and your staff.
